Chicken Achari Handi Recipe



Nowadays, it is not difficult to cook food. Google has made it more easy now. You just have to enter the name of the required recipe and the recipe will be in front of you within no time. Now you don't need to keep remember the ingredients.

Ingredients:- 


For this recipe, first of all the things which you need are mentioned below:


  • 1 kg chicken
  • 2 tomatoes nicely sliced
  • Red chili powder as you want
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tbs garlic and ginger paste
  • 2 tbs yougurt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Have a bunch of coriandar
  • 2 neatly sliced green chillies
  • 1 cup oil
  • Salt for taste
  • Achar 2 tbs or as required
  • A pinch of Garam masala for taste


Method:-


First of all, heat oil in the handi and put onion and garlic ginger paste. Fry them until red. After that, put chicken in it and add all the above mentioned spices. Mix them gently and wait till the chicken transforms it's color. When chicken starts changing its color, add yougurt and tomatoes into it and cook it on low flame. Now add 2 tbs achaar in it and mix. When you see that the chicken is cooked and the gravy is made, and the oil is separated, then remove it from the heat. Warm a charcoal piece. The next step is to put an aluminium foil on chicken handi. Put the coal piece and sprinkle some oil on it and cover it with a lid. Put it aside for 10 minutes. Afterwards, sprinkle chopped chillies and coriandar into it. Tasty chicken achari handi is ready to eat. Served with chapati or rice whatever you like.
So the recipe is simple and quick to make at home and you will definitely like the yummy, delicious and spicy taste. It will take only half an hour to be prepared.
